Pros: Tracking running helps maintain running program

    Cons: not all that accurat

Summary: Generaly a good product. I think it is a good buy if you need new shoes, and already have a nano. If you realy want a device for serious tracking, this is not the one. Get a GPS (Garmin Forerunner 305). However, as a casual tracking device, works fine. Since my running starts very fast (20km/h+), then slows down (around 10 km/h), the nike+ seames to be unable to accuriatly track my distance, even after doing the calibration.
