Pros: I don't know - could never get to work
Cons: NO customer services. NO knowledge of even basic audio systems.
Summary: I can't say that this company has no customer service. They do - it's just the worst I have ever encountered. The people on the phone don't have even basic knowledge of audio systems. I spoke to three different people all who had never heard of a powered amplifier. IF you ask to speak to a supervisor they start to get rude. Avoid this company's products at all costs.
