When one "reviews" a product, it should be unbiased and fair. Not all audio products are up to mark. I have even heard systems costing over $10K which does not meet my relatively discerning standards.
I've read all the Bose slamming. So, I decided to go listen to the system myself. While it is not up to real audiophile standards, it performed very well. It was good, if not better, than my Yamaha theatre amp and NHT speakers setup. Good lows, clear highs although the mids could be better.
To each, his own. But I'd listen to a product before slamming it. This is only fair.
