"An audio enthusiast's review."
Pros: Easy set up and easy operation. However, considering you can get a system that blows this thing away for a third of the price, is easy set-up and operation worth an extra $2000?
Cons: No highs, boomy and fake bass, and poor quality construction. Not to mention it's extremely overpriced (and I stress extremely to the fullest extent).

"Bose missed it on this one... BIG TIME!"
Pros: the remote works from any room in the house.
Cons: the quality of the sound is not what you would expect from Bose. i had purchased this system because of the name, Bose. that was a costly mistake that i regret every time i visit friends and listen to their less expensive and better sound systems.

Pros: Sounds good. Bose pays for shipping defective components both ways.
Cons: HDMI doesn't work. There are disclaimers in the box right from Bose about how some things don't work with HDMI if they haven't been certified. After an hour with Bose on the phone, HDMI still doesn't work on my system.
