    Pros: Turns on and off automatically with my Panny G25 Plasma remote. Much improved sound depth over tv speakers. Matches tv nicely. Doesn't take up much space. One HDMI cable connection.

    Cons: Indicator lights on soundbar do not stay on (ie: clear-mode dialog & sound effects).

    Summary: For the money, the soundbar is a worth it !
