Pros: Advertised features (i.e. Built-in Blu-ray and wireless speakers).
Cons: Hook-up instructions are minimal, wireless rear speaker unit didn't connect, output image was fuzzy blue & white smears, wouldn't play a DVD: unit unusable out of the box.

"Worth the premium over the 1225"
Pros: Contrary to the CNET review, the unit comes with the wifi dongle. This along with the HDMI inputs and the included wireless rear speakers makes the upgrade over the lower model a good deal. System set up easily and has worked as advertised.
Cons: You could potentially put together a system of separates for about the same price that would allow more upgrade flexibility for the future.

"Decent Features, simply poor performance"
Pros: Great purported feature set: Netflix, Pandora, and now Youtube and Blockbuster with the recent firmware upgrade. Ipod dock, wifi connectivity, remote speakers work well.
Cons: Where do I start? Unbelievably poor Ipod controls, no ability to adjust ANYTHING on the fly, poor subwoofer performance, sound is average at best, REMOTE DOESN'T WORK, proprietary speaker connections stink, speaker wire is too short and paper thin.

Pros: Love the 5.1 speaker system. The streaming Video along with Pandora and Youtube is great features as well. Note: Recommend going out to Samsung to update Firmware - includes BlockBuster OnDemand and YouTube access.
Cons: Minor Cons: The center speaker could be better and I wish the rear speakers came with or offered stands as accessories.
