    Pros: I bought it to stream netflix and when it does work, I like the service. Fairly easy to setup and use

    Cons: 1st unit had problems right out of the box. 2nd unit has issues EVERY time they issue another STUPID software upgrade. Netflix activation is "lost" and certain system settings are "lost". I have repeatedly told tech support and they won't/can't fix

    Summary: DO NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG product. They do not stand behind their products.
