"great sound, but lousy digital support"

Pros

price, size, and sound quality

Cons

lousy support for "advanced audio"--i.e., optical audio input from a digital video source. Sound is great, but doesn't match the picutre on digital video. Samsung tech support has been clueless and unresponsive.
