"wireless system has problems"
Pros: all-in-one design, price, sound
Cons: no track display for compact discs, wireless problems
Summary: I purchased this unit to match a Samsung HDTV. In theory, the two units are made for each other and I have purchased all the extra cables to maximize the usefulness. However, I am now boxing it up to send back for the third round of repairs related to the wireless remote speaker device. This particular part/function hasn't worked correctly yet.
To be fair, Samsung customer service has been easy to navigate, quick to respond and they do keep accurate records so you do not have to start the story at the beginning every time you call. They are covering the shipping although you still need to pay for packing. Still, it is infuriating that their repair center is not thorough.
Bottom line is this unit has spent more time out of my house than in my house and my Netflix account is currently money wasted. I have been told that a third failed repair will finally trigger a replacement-after I box the dud up a fourth time, ship it to them, and after they receive it then the new unit will ship.

I am experiencing the exact same problem with this "garbage" system. Luckily the time hasn't passed to where I can take this garbage back to the store from whence it came, and get a full refund!!!!!!!

UPDATE. The repair center took its time this go 'round and, after a week, determined the unit unrepairable. A replacement unit is forthcoming. As frustrating as it has been not to have use of the unit, it is encouraging that Samsung Customer Svc has been responsive. I am hopeful that this was an unfortunate rogue unit and that a fully functioning unit lives up to the other reviews I have seen.
