"Not available to public"
Pros: sounds great
Cons: can't buy it to see
Summary: After spending 2 hours trying to find a dealer for this product, I emailed Sharp USA and received a quick reply that the sd-sp10 is only available to U.S military personnel & qualified families at some U.S bases! They do probably get a good discount though. Thougt CNet and it's readers would like this information

I found it all over the internet.
Yes, it isn't available in the old brick and mortar down the block, but that doesn't mean it isn't available if you look around.
Worse, you totally screwed the average score for this prime little speaker. -

Does anyone have a comment about placement of the speaker (height off floor and location related to furniture/walls)?
