Pros THe Blu Ray player, The front speakers and the GUI
Cons Rear Speakers do not work
Summary After spending numerous hours on trying to install the system I gave up. I even tried exchanging it for a new system and that did not help too. And to add to the pain, the customer support is attrociously bad. They went to the extent of asking me to install ... Expand full review
Summary: After spending numerous hours on trying to install the system I gave up. I even tried exchanging it for a new system and that did not help too. And to add to the pain, the customer support is attrociously bad. They went to the extent of asking me to install the system at a time when no one's wireless network is ON !! I explained them that such a time in a day may not even exist.
Their impractical and dumb suggestions made me question their expertise. I am returning this today.

Sony has mailed me a connection Assembly EZW EC10 and after using that, and pairing my S-Air system on ID B, i was able to get the speakers working. I have decided to keep the system for now and test it out. I will now give the system 3 *.
