"not bad for a value set.."
Pros: Price, speakers are good, the reciever delivers great sound.
Cons: No Hdmi, no 6.1 and UP
Summary: Ok first off, I dont like Sony products any more. But I I really like this reciever and speakers. I'm using my Xbox 360 thru the Optical cab cable and My DVD player thru Coaxle cable. I love my setup..Thanks William for the Set UP. The sound is great and I feel More immersed then ever....Cant wait for Halo 3

Hope you don't mind my asking for help. I bought and set up the home theater you reviewed. I works find, all but the DTS sound on DVD. No sound at all. I am pretty sure I hooked it up right. Sony HD tv, toshiba dvd/vcr.
