Called technical support for 2 hours. busy-busy-busy Called customer support, transfered to "Manager of Tech Support" voice mail. Calls back at 10:00 PM I'm sure expecting that no one would be there, but I was. Gave me a set of instructions that were totally different than the manual. I took it back the next day. Imagine if you had a problem Buy the Asante Friendlynet Cable/DSL Router if you want a good product. be careful of buying the FR3000 that is selling for 139, it is no longer supported, get the Fr3000LC with com and printer ports
