The software is great for transferring LOTs of data to just start and walk away.Cons: Power supplied is not strong enough for 3.5 SATA

Website was of no useSummary: As said before, use the internal power of your PC..if ti's busy, temporarily use the power from a CD drive. Was FLAWLESS when I did that! (PC Off, plug in power and adapter to extra drive, power on PC, then plug in usb plug end. Should mount up. If not, remember to initialize drive? or swap out to internal drive and intialize) Good Luck!
