    Pros Idea is good

    Cons Terrible product

    Summary A similar device which I purchased through tigerdirect worked intermittently & eventually burned out a 30GB hard drive of mine. Fortunately, none of my customers' devices were damaged. A reviewer on the tigerdirect.ca website lost 3 hard drives { http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/
    item-details.asp?EdpNo=2329300&body=REVIEWS } with the same device I had. jeff@sabrent.com from California has given me the runaround for a year even though I have returned the faulty device. Could care less if 'that company' sinks into oblivion.
