  "THIS IS NO UPGRADE. Dreamweaver itself gets 7 stars, but I gave 4 for total lack of improvement."

  Pros: Dreamweaver is still a good program, but you're wasting your money if you already own it.

  Cons: This is Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 rebranded to Adobe. That's all it is.
