"Worked great on my old computer but needs a patch to install on new. Guess what...NO PATCH exists!"
Pros: Worked great on old computer. Very user friendly
Cons: Will not install on newer computers. No patches exists. Can't get refund unless you have receipt.
Summary: I bought Photo Impact Pro Ver 11 about a year ago. It worked fine in my old computer but I now have a new computer and when installing it, I get the error R6034. The support team said that there is NOT a patch yet to fix this error, that it could be quite a while until a patch is found and that I could get the refund IF I had the box that the program came in and the receipt. I DO NOT HAVE EITHER ITEM. IT WAS OVER A YEAR AGO!!!. I put all my discs in a binder and have thrown away all the boxes. I DO have the registration code but apparantly that is not enough!
Now I find that I have a useless program that I spent over $100 for and that won't work on my new computer. THEY SHOULD REFUND REGARDLESS since this is THEIR mistake!!
Do not buy. Technical support will run you around until the only option would be to get refund but that is impossible to get!
