"Sounds good, will not Eject my CD."
Pros: Sounds good, easy to install the 5v outputs are nice. With the IPOD adapter it plays MP3s fine though slow to move through the IPOD Menus.
Cons: Put in a CD one day an it will not Eject it. It still plays the CD but will not give it back! Worked for an hour with an Eclipse tech on the phone and finally he gave up and told me to send it back to the company. If I take it out it will be replaced

Pros: This is one of the few units that can compete and beat Alpine, specifically when you go for price vs value. Still it is great quality as it i made by Fujitsu 10, which is one of the best manufacturers in japan.
Cons: The equalizer could be more channels.

"Good quality with just a few hiccups"
Pros: Eclipse is a good brand, the unit offers a lot of sound customization, love the ipod controls (I like them better than the alpine), I like the looks of the unit, and price is pretty good too.
Cons: just about everything is controlled from the dial, which has a tendency to not recognize what direction you are pressing correctly (ex- thinks you hit up when you hit right). Hasn't been a big issue for me though.

"ECLIPSE LIVING OF NAME 5 HEAD UNITS IN 2 YRS."
Pros: IT WAS FEATHER LIGHT, LIKE IT WAS EMPTY. EASYLY INSTALLED.
Cons: WHERE DO I START, FIRST LOOKS LIKE A VERY CHEAPLY MADE, CD'S CONSTANTLY GET STUCK IN UNIT WOULD HAVE TO TAKE IT OUT OF CAR TO GET CD OUT PAIN IN THE ASS. AND WHEN THEY GET STUCK NO PLAY FOR CD'S COULD NOT HOOK IT UP TO MP3 OR IPOD. COMPLETE JUNK !
