"Great for the price, Jensens best product"
Pros: touch screen, features, value
Cons: sound quality, UI, support, and upgrades
Summary: Install was easy and looks great. Expandable for Ipod, GPS, Satellite; SD card and video compatibility with many formats. Looks and acts like a much more expensive unit. And now the bad: Sound quality is good, not great; UI is counter productive (if someone else uses your car, your radio presets will be erased); can not make or use playlist on SD card or Ipod interface (this makes no sense and it does make a difference); GPS interface is way behind the times (no intersections, data obsures the screen inefficiently, address entry is always from square one, and the audio directions cannot be turned fully off); If there is a firmware or software update, I would never know because the website does not even recognize this model. Most of the problems could be solved with a software upgrade and I would gladly give it a 9.0
