"undependable, Jensen unwilling to back product."
Pros: great price
Cons: dvd player will go bad, touchscreen not consistent
Summary: I purchased this unit in 2/06, by 3/06 I had to have this unit serviced because the Dvd player quit working. Jensen/Audiovox refused at first to cover repair because unit was purchased from vendor who sells on Ebay, but eventually covered it since unit was purchased new. Unit experienced same problem again10/06 and this time Jensen flat out refused to cover unit. I did some looking on the web and found other reviews with units having same failure, Jensen refused to acknowledge this as well, check around and you will see I am telling the truth. The touch screen is not very responsive as well. A couple of local dealers in my area said they will no longer carry these units because of alot of returns, most having the same Dvd failure. And the worst part is I have 2 of these units with both of them having the same problem!!!! feel free to hit me up for any additional details.
