Pros Cost. B/W text printing is fast and very good quality. Photo quality OK when done on glossy photo paper. Low cost, individual toner cartridge replacement.
Cons Received this printer as a gift to replace my HP PhotoSmart printer, which I gave away before trying this one. While photo quality is acceptable on glossy photo paper, graphics printed onto plain paper are quite inferior and not at all true to color. Pr
Pros I bought a refurbished unit from Fry's for under 40 USD. Great looking prints from my 6MP Canon camera the 4x6 photos are fantastic and the 8.5x11 borderless look great. I bought it originally for printing iron-on transfers since you can't do that with th
Cons A little slow to warm up if you haven't used it in a while.
Pros I bought this printer for basic needs and not for photo's...It's as good a printer for home owners for the price and quality. I've paid more for an Epson and HP, but the Cannon beats both of them per cost and overall quality.

Cons Roller lines continually showed up on pictures, so if you are picky enough to notice that, it will irritate you. Also the printer had trouble with some skin tones, with a very red look. This was only a problem on maybe half of the pictures I printed with
Pros The printer is very compact, fast, clean, and quiet. I actually got it for about $50 and man was it a good deal. Replacement ink isn't as expensive as other printers either.
Cons I have not encountered any cons yet.
