"Great quality, very portable, but toner too expensive"
Pros: Remarkably fast. Print quality's excellent--even for photos (not pro photo quality, but v. nice). Lightweight, folds into a neat rectangle & adapter isn't cumbersome. Easy setup. New models have wi-fi (I haven't tried it yet). Really impressive.
Cons: Machine's worth the high $, but toner is ABSURDLY expensive and runs out fast. Also, heavy graphics print quite wet and smear easily--machine automatically senses ink concentrations and pauses for drying time, but you still need to watch that.

Pros: I thought i would share my results with you all. I have a Motorola PC850 bluetooth dongle running my ip100 which before now essentially had no purpose since upgrading to vista blew that out the window.
Cons: Must have canons bluetooth set up with dongle and usb to initiate first registration for proper bluetooth communication. As I remember just pairing the printer by windows bluetooth caused a no connection error.
Summary: Don't spend $50+ on a overpriced O.E.M. Bluet... read more
