"Expensive Mistake!"0.5 starson by GeoCentric
Pros: It will handle large paper and produce an OK image - eventually.
Cons: Nine VERY expensive ink cartridges that hold about 6 drops each. Every time I turn it on, I have to replace 1 or 2 at $20 each. I have printed less than 20 8X10 prints and have replaced at least 10 cartridges - I've lost count.
Summary: Did I mention that I hate this thing? It cost $900 CDN and I've spent about $400 on replacement and spare ink cartridges in the past year and a half to produce 20, 8X10 prints. There is not much point in mentioning any good points because the bad points make it a non-starter. Way too expensive to buy, image quality that can be had on a $100 printer, and endless replacement of hideously expensive but tiny ink cartridges. What's there to like?
I bought this thing because of positive magazine reviews (like CNET). It's a good lesson not to believe these things without question - check it for yourself.
