"A multifunctional piece of junk."
Pros: Pretty case.
Cons: THIS PRINTER DOESN'T WORK! Paper doesn't feed. Wireless doesn't work. When it finally prints part of a page, the colors are faded. Looks like a cheap copy.
Summary: Paper won't feed without jamming, feeding at an angle, or getting the "paper empty message." Wireless setup was followed carefully and when the initial USB cord was removed to run wireless, the new Dell PC screen went horizontal digital and shut down the entire install process. The only way this "wireless" printer runs is with a USB cord plugged into the printer. Called Dell technical support, got transferred to Customer Care, transferred back to Technical Support and transferred back to Customer Care. Had to give my name, Express tag #, email address, and phone number 5 times. Dell refused to allow return of this piece of junk. Told me to hook up my 8-year-old HP printer to my new Dell PC and sold me a dongle cord that doesn't work either. AVOID THIS PRINTER. YOU COULDN'T DO WORSE.
