"This would be a wonderful printer if it worked"
Pros: Fast, Good features, Good print quality
Cons: Ink jets clog frequently, ink is expensive and only sold bundled with paper.
Summary: I normally like Epson printers and at first I really liked the PictureMate. However, the ink jets malfunctioned after one month and Epson had to send me a replacement. I try to use the printer every month or more, and everytime there's a nozzle problem or head alignment problem, fixing this wastes a lot of ink. Since ink is sold bundled with paper I now have about 500 sheets of paper and no ink. This is getting too expensive. What should've been a fun product has been nothing but a headache. I really don't recommend this printer at all.

I had to return my first printer, clogged ink jets. I have had this one a year and now the same problem. Keeps telling me to change the ink pack. The ink pack in 75% full. Now what? Yes the prints are great when the printer is working.

hard to believe your feedback since you are the ONLY ONE to vote poorly of this product. perhaps it was the knowledge of the user.
I'm gonna have to go with the rest....I'm off to purchase the PictureMate...
