    "It never works when I need it to." on by joderale

    Pros: Prints nicely when it does work.

    Cons: need to clean nozzle every 3 days
    paper feed is temperamental
    rarely works when you want it to.

    Summary: I am fairly computer literate, troubleshooting for my wife who needs to print something tonight, up late trying to get it to work. The black ink is not working, so I'm "cleaning the nozzles". Been cleaning for about 10 minutes now. I just want to print 3 pages in black and white and go to sleep.
