"Full of Bugs, A real disappointment"
Pros: I found none
Cons: Paper handling a nightmare
Summary: I bought this printer so that I could print directly on to 9 x 12 envelops into which I would put a newsletter. The idea was to save time not having to put address labels on the envelops and postage stamps. To my thorough disgust, the machine never worked correctly. I mail merged approximately 300 envelops and did this run every 2 months for 3.5 years and rare indeed was the time that it ever worked flawlessly. Envelops would get stuck, the printer would print in the wrong place, lose count, hang, time out etc, etc. Photo quality was not exceptional even on HP photo paper. I did not buy it to print text so I can't comment on that. I use laser printers for text. I finally got rid of this printer because it just doesn't do what it is supposed to.
