"Bad costumer service - plastic part breaks easily"
Pros: none. The costumer service it is very bad
Cons: The plastic part that breaks easily is called "broken tab and disloged x-bias spring" and it is due to a manufacturing defect. I was told by costumer service that the printers will be replaced...so far after 10 e-mails 4 faxes still nothiing happen.
Summary: Everytime I get someone different from another country and I have to repeat the same story (too much for the total global care)...I have the feeling that they will keep it like this until my guaranty expires on december...I will never buy a product that cannot offer customer support or try to mislead you. This has been my worst experience. Be aware ...
