Pros: Great that it works with Windows and Macs and is neteworkable
Cons: Not built well. Unless you change your ink during the warranty period and the part breaks they will not cover this known issue beyond the warranty period.
Summary: We bought 40 of these printers for our school. As the color cartridges need replacing the plastic piece holding the spring in the cartridge area is breaking on multiple printers. HP says that these printers are out of warranty and not within the serial range of the ones they are replacing out of warranty because they say they fixed the problem I'm still having the problem, but they won't replace them and have offered to replace the printers at $80 each. No way Jose!
