Pros: Does the basics well
Cons: not truly VISTA compatible
Summary: I purchased a duplexer to accommodate automatic double-sided printing. After reading the manuals, and examining the HP website, I was not able to get the duplexer to be recognized much less function. Spent approximately an hour with HP tech support to resolve the issue only to be told "Oh, it does not work with VISTA." Worse yet, the technician could not tell me with any certainty, either if or when HP would be correcting this issue.
If HP products are not fully functional with all operating systems, the buyer should be made aware of the shortcoming before the purchase is made!
Bottom-line - it appears that HP is not concerned with anything but the sale!
