"Easy Setup & the Printing is fast. Colors are very nice"
Pros: Had a HP 1120C but this Officejet Pro 8000 Wireless is FAST. Took my time in setting this up and is working nicely.
Cons: Just wish this had a double tray for 8 1/2 x 14 paper.

"Solid Sturdy HP quality; excellent print easy setup!"
Pros: This looked like a good choice for a college bound printer that looks like it will last for years. The black ink XL cartridge is rated for 2200 pages. The cartridges are very easy to replace behind a small door on the front.
Cons: large footprint. Setup was a little long (20 min just for the printer to "come to life") and a little more time to install the HP print software.

"failed print head out of box. Horrible customer service"
Pros: Looks nice sitting on desk, image quality with a broken black print head is not too great though.
Cons: quality control - broken printhead out of box. 4 calls to customer service - 3 weeks later and still on the phone. I have used hp in past without problems, but this has been ridiculous. Next time epson!
