Pros: wireless and text only printer

Cons: slow, constant paper jams, can't find paper

Summary: As someone who only prints text documents and wanted a wireless printer this seemed to fit the bill. My other choice was a laser printer but I don't care to pay that much for one.

However, it is a horrible product. I was only able to print 20 pages before it started having issues. This printer was constantly trying to find the paper, when it did manage to find it, it jammed. I had to babysit this for every print job I did. It needed to be cleared and unplugged from the power after each failed print job attempt. When I could get it to print, it paused in the middle of printing each page, sometimes for a minute or longer. After trying to print a total of 75 some odd pages, I could only get it to print 30 pages total, and wasted half a ream of paper while trying.

Tech support was no help, blaming the problems on everything from too much paper in the tray, when it is rated to hold 250pages, to the software on my computer, to the surge protector I had it plugged into. I've used many other printers on the same computer without problems.

This printer also liked to fall asleep quickly, and took forever to wake up and align itself.

It looks like I will have no choice but to buy a laser printer, as I do not need an all-in-one printer which seems to be the bulk of the printers on the market these days.

If all you print is text, don't buy this printer, go with a more expensive laser printer.
