Pros: On the rare occasion that they work, they print very fast and have nice crisp images and text.

    Cons: Everything except the above.

Summary: I had purchased dozens of these for the company with which I work. We quickly discovered that the Officejet Pro line of HP printers, as well as most of the other lines of HP printers these days, have sunk almost as low as they can go. The HP printers that I've ordered over the last 3 years for my company have all been incredibly disappointing. This particular series constantly fails. They jam up regularly. The print heads fail constantly and cost $70 to replace. HP support is the next thing to worthless and even if you get them to send replacement parts, the replacements are as bad as the originals. The ink cartridges leak and there are literally about 10 other problems that we regularly have with these printers. Do yourself a favor and stop buying HP printers altogether. They saw their glory days back in the 80s and 90s. Now since they've outsourced everything, the printers are awful. Find another brand quick!
