    "Terrible Supprt"

    Pros: Great Quality Picture

    Cons: Works until it is broke

    Summary: Worked fine for about an year untill I have an issue with Cradle jam, called HP support their response and understanding was terrible, kept sending me to the website link which I already visited before calling them. Finally had to throw the printer as it was out of warranty
