Summary: I purchased this printer, spent an hour on the tele with support, (they hung up on me). My question to them was"Why does this printer us up all you majenta ink when printing black text? Had the printer for about a week and went through the starter in plus 2 more black cartridges, 1 yellow, and 2 darker blue, and 2 majenta. All I printed was black text. When the printer told me to replace the black cartridge after printing about 60 - 80 documents all black text, I packed it up and returned it. I've spent over $200 on ink!
