"Could not handle paper > 8.5x11"
Pros: I was very impressed with how fast this printer printed high-quality 8.5 x 11 photos. I would have gladly kept this printer except for the issue I described in cons.
Cons: The printer I got could not print on paper larger than 8.5 x 11. For larger sizes, the feed mechanism didn't work. I called their Tech Support and was told the printer was defective and I should take it to a service shop. Considering it was a new print
