Pros: great video and much improved audio
Cons: still no MAC video or audio

"Great product...getting better all the time"
Pros: added features easy to use, links to email
Cons: needs to inerface with yahoo and AIM
Summary: Love the nrw upgrade I use it all the time wish I could use just one messaging software...this is a must up grade

Cons: ugly, very intrusive, no security (your conversations are automaticaly saved on a plain text file)

Summary: The best i have used to far! The audio conferencing could use some improvement. I think it is best combined with skype 1.0 for video conferencing.
