Cons: Crashed after less than 6 months. Oh ya, the one screw came out the day I got it, tried to put it back in but the threads were striped.
Summary: Good price. But over all very disappointed. Customer service was quick to respond at first,although not all that helpful, but now it has been a month since I have heard from them. Also they will not help with data recovery.
