Pros
The board on the bottom is covered by a protective piece of metal.
Cons
Very old, slow, noisy and is more like a paper wieght than something I would put data on.
Summary
If you need a cheap way to back up 3.0gb of data, don't bother with this just get a dvd burner. It is too slow to even use as a swap drive. The tiny amounts of cache means you will hear this thing grind at ALL TIMES.
