Summary: The same clicking noise many of these guys are talking about and then after a few days, complete death. Had a lot of important data in that drive that I am never going to get back. The customer support was quick to provide me a RMA number and I believe they have shipped the replacement drive too (THE EXACT SAME MODEL). I am not too keen on saving my important files on a WD again
