Pros: Price it is inexpensive
Cons: No support, email suffers from dsbl.org problems incoming, slow download from California, poor resolution to server problems
Summary: Support takes over 30 minutes to get somebody, returned calls are promised when they're unable to solve a problem but are never followed up.
Incoming email from verizon.net will not work because of a DSBL.org setup they use.
If you are a business using an email server that sends email every 15 minutes it'll throttle outgoing email using your domain's SMTP server causing many of your outgoing emails to be lost. The sales staff dont know or understand the throttling issue or DSBL.org issue Support says take it or leave it.
Know what you're getting into before using this company.
online support has 5 minute wait to get somebody with about a 10 minute wait inbetween replies. They must attempt a dozen questions at a time and hope that you log off. -

Summary: 4 years ago when I first purchased hosting, they were the best. In the past 9 months the whole place seems to have gone down the crapper. Bad attitudes from the Level One Techs, no response from email tech support. I am moving all my clients to another host. I am done with iPowerweb.

Summary: We've been a reseller for 5 years and dropped ipower today after 4 of our sites vanished from their servers. This is after years of their nonsense. And we're a reseller - their top tier customer!
They always deny there is a problem until you push hard enough. Then you fight their novice tech support person for hours until you finally get elevated to someone with a little knowledge. Then they hopefully resolve your issue in 12-24 hours.
If you like bad hosting this is the company for you! -
