Cons: No support, email suffers from dsbl.org problems incoming, slow download from California, poor resolution to server problems
Summary: Support takes over 30 minutes to get somebody, returned calls are promised when they're unable to solve a problem but are never followed up.
Incoming email from verizon.net will not work because of a DSBL.org setup they use.
If you are a business using an email server that sends email every 15 minutes it'll throttle outgoing email using your domain's SMTP server causing many of your outgoing emails to be lost. The sales staff dont know or understand the throttling issue or DSBL.org issue Support says take it or leave it.
Know what you're getting into before using this company.
online support has 5 minute wait to get somebody with about a 10 minute wait inbetween replies. They must attempt a dozen questions at a time and hope that you log off.
