Internet Cleanup protects your Internet privacy by erasing your Internet data trail and permanently removing tracking devices left on your computer by websites you have visited. As you visit websites, your browser stores the contents of web pages you visit on your hard drive. Anyone can easily examine your browser's cache, cookies, history of sites visited, downloaded files, and more! Websites can track your preferences, interests and surfing habits by dropping a tracking device onto your computer, sometimes without your knowledge. The tracking device can be a cookie, web bug, ActiveX control, Plug-in or Spyware. They know where you go and who you are.
