"A hugh mistake all around"
Pros: It was easy to pay for.
Cons: I had both previous versions, they worked great. THIS ONE is terrible. Difficult to set up complicated interface. ERASED files without asking, Poor removal, I found ZERO support or help. This Product is as bad as any virus. They lost a customer
Summary: I used their products since 2006 and was pleased. The 2009 is such a disaster and mess They lost my business. I took me 12 hours to replace lost NON-infected files. Why do companies always take a great product and trash it. Who is running product management? What a waste.
