"They should pay my consulting fee"
Pros: Confidence based on prior excellent products
Cons: Cannot install on Windows Vista [well, I couldn't even with two hours of chat help]
Summary: I bought a brand new business laptop for my business and was excited to use the new Norton 360 product. I used the trial version for a few days before I decided to purchase. I bought a 2-year subscription and entered the 25 character activation code. Norton 360 worked until the trial period ended, 15 days, and then asked me to enter the 25 character activation code again. No big deal so I did it. The next day, Norton wouldn't work, everything was red x and asked for the activation code again. I did this for days and spent tens of hours attempting to get this crap software to work; it never did even after two-hours on chat with *experts*. I got a refund and will probably never use Norton again.
