"Amazing product..!!"
Pros: Light on system. Good features like online backup.
Cons: no wireless protection
Summary: After using Norton Internet security 2006 and earlier version, I was quite turned off with Symantec products. But this is an amazing improvement over their past history of products causing machine slow downs.
I tested N 360 Beta on my HP laptop with an AMD Turion 64 bit processor and 512 MB RAM. No problems till date..system is performing just fine..

Really? You must be one of the lucky ones, or possibly a Symantec employee desperately trying to water down the mass of negative reviews.

I installed NORTON-360 on OCT-02/2007. Had to reinstall twice since. Seems to have settled down. Overall, seems like a pretty good product. Just takes a little while to get used to.
The Norton tech reps I talked to were from India. They were friendly and seemed very product knowledgable and fluent in English, although at times I had some trouble with their accent.
The 2 GBs of free, online back-up storage with N-360, is nice. Higher amounts of online storage are available.
N-360 once blocked an intruder attack, then blocked my Internet connection. A N-360 tech rep told me how to unblock it. Just a few mouse clicks. Blocking my Internet connection seemed like the smart thing to do during an intruder attack.
