Cons: Being first release problems to be expected

Summary: If I had the option to attach screen shots I would have attached those here and you could have got a visual clue to the problem. I have submitted them to Symantec Technical Support.

First screen shot shows Files to Backup 40.8 MB against 1.6 GB available at Secure Online Storage. On running the Backup next screen shot shows "there is not enough space, buy more space". Norton icon on the Desktop Task Bar shows that tiny little red x warning sign. On clicking Norton icon it says in big bold red "At Risk You have fully used your online storage". Next is big red button BUY MORE.

Not a happy situation - what would you say?

There have been many more problems which I reported to Technical Support and they gradually resolved them. The one I reported above is the latest one.
