Pros: Tax write off? Really, this product is so bad there is nothing good that can be written about it.
Cons: Computer infected with worm. After system restore and worm removal (manually) Norton was hopelessly broken. Could not re-install, or remove. Waited 1:51 for support & hung up. Finally removed after 4 passes with online removal tool.
