Pros: When runs, runs decently
Cons: My client needed technical assistance. They want you to pay for support, even when the product is failing. Support promised to call us, choosing the times. They did not call. Support also did not respond to my email. This cost my client money.

"Gets job done, obscure interface, slows laptop"
Pros: It does the job. Noticeably faster performance on my C2Duo 7200 2gb desktop under Windows XP than on my Vista Home Basic laptop with a Sempron 3200 2gb.
Cons: Alerts go off for minor cookies with "fix"option that never tells you what it is doing, major problem trying to install Vista SP1, per Microsoft had to uninstall NAV2008 (that was a true odyssey), install SP1, then numerous problems reinstalling NAV
