"why do they bother realeasing this rubbish"
Pros: easy to use , if your a dummy youd understand it
Cons: resource hog, slows your pc up loads, misses way too much compared to competetion, over priced other solutions much better and reliable
Summary: at first it seemed ok ...
but my pc went slower and slower , so i decided try and uninstall long behold system was fast again. got all sorts of errors. it missed 5 trojans thats discraceful. norton fix it . dont touch this product if you value your pc .

I have read many negative responses and was surprised. It is insulting to read! I understand, that many people can't correctly estimate work of a good product. I think to you it is not necessary to pay attention to their words. Establish on your computer free version Norton (trial) and try it. Good luck!

Ditto 2007 version. Computer went slower & slower. Did all the cleaning, defragging, stopping programmes running on start up etc etc then uninstalled. Re-installation took nearly two hours via India.Subscription runs out soon and I am NOT going with Norton again.
I'm on a quick broadband and sometimes it's quicker to mail a letter or go down the library.
Any recommendations?
